VibeLibs is an AI-powered video generation service that allows users to create social media videos for business purposes. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate video content based on user inputs.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content about real individuals
• Generate explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute generated content commercially without authorization

5. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (prompts, handles, etc.). You grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.

Generated Content

Videos generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may use generated videos in your social media content, marketing materials, and business operations.

AI-Generated Content Notice

Content generated by AI may be similar to content created for other users or existing content. We do not guarantee exclusivity of generated content.

6. Payment Terms

• Free tier: Limited video generations per user
• Paid subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBELIBS AND NALO SEED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeLibs, Nalo Seed, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
